About Greg Bryett

Raised in London, England, and having originally qualified as a Podiatrist, Greg Bryett traded crumpets, fog, and feet, for real estate and sunny West Coast living. Had he not fallen in love with an American, he may still be holding an umbrella and wading through puddles in his Wellington boots.

As the United States does not grandfather UK podiatry degrees, Greg made the choice to reinvent himself. Thankfully, he could rely on a second degree in Systems and Business Analysis allowing him entry in to the US workforce as Sales Director for a Hi-Tech company, providing advanced data solutions to Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

During his twenty years in the business, he won the President’s Award and Salesman of the Year multiple times. He established a reputation for building successful relationships with clients in America and overseas in Europe, Asia Pacific, and South America.

He is a qualified mediator and has used his strong negotiation skills in order to achieve maximum results on behalf of his clients. In Greg, you will find a real estate agent who is a seasoned businessman and knowledgeable in all facets of the buying and selling process.

Most important to Greg is transparency and prompt communication–call it his English upbringing, if you will. There is no excuse for keeping anyone waiting.

Greg feels that in order to be an efficient and reliable real estate agent it is necessary to have an eye for design and beauty. Living in London allowed Greg the opportunity to renovate and restore the old Victorian and Edwardian homes he owned. These days, he lives in a modern home on a hillside, that he loves just as much, and provides plenty of opportunities for renovation and gardening, another one of his hobbies.

The rest of his time is split between reading books and trade magazines, cycling together with his wife around the pastoral fields of Camarillo and the Pacific Coast, and surfing with his Son.
